Terms of Service

Potty Police LLC · Effective June 2, 2026

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Potty Police LLC (“Potty Police,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Potty Police helps travelers find and review public restrooms and related facility information. Reviews and ratings are user-generated and may be inaccurate or outdated. Use your own judgment.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

User content

• You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, harassing, false, or infringing content.
• We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Triple P Business) are billed through Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Refunds and cancellations follow Stripe and our published offer at checkout. Business claim features require an active Business subscription and manual approval where stated.

Business claims

Claiming a location does not automatically grant ownership. We verify claims and may reject fraudulent submissions. You attest that you are authorized to represent the business when submitting a claim.

Prohibited conduct

• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security or paywalls.
• Spam, fake reviews, or manipulating ratings.
• Impersonation or misuse of another person’s email for claims.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee restroom availability, cleanliness, safety, or accuracy of third-party map data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potty Police LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
