Delete your Potty Police account

Potty Police LLC — request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email help@pottypolice.app from the same address as your Potty Police account.
2. Subject line: Account deletion request.
3. Include your account email and username (if known).
4. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete (usually within 30 days).

What we delete

• Account (email, username, profile, subscription tier in our database)
• Reviews and submissions tied to your account
• Business claim records tied to your account, where applicable

What we may keep

• Billing records in Stripe as required for tax, fraud prevention, and law (we do not store full card numbers)
• Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot identify you
• Information we must keep by law
